Very accommodating staff. I am a very early riser and was sitting in lobby drinking coffee. Guests were leaving before the 6:00 breakfast started. The lady behind the front desk had breakfast in bags ready for those guests so they wouldn't have to leave without breakfast! Impressive!
They were having trouble with elevator when we arrived and we had to take the stairs. I have bad knees so it was a little difficult. They got it working but then you are wondering if you should trust it or not.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole facility was clean and comfortable. Just had nice homey touches all over. The breakfast room was clean and had a great selection of hot and cold foods available. Coffee was made available at all hours, which was nice too.

We were given a ground floor room that was very accessable for our three day stay. The breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. The room eas also excellent.

Great furniture in room,immaculately clean room, excellent front desk staff, wide variety of breakfast items, good fitness center with earphones and tv's on each treadmill.
Could use firmer pillows, although I didn't ask at the front desk.

The access to I-380 made getting around easy, and the fitness center had all the essentials I needed for a quick workout. The breakfast options could be improved, as they were somewhat limited.

The total stay was REALLY REALLY NICE during business trip. Our room was spacious and immaculate with sofa bed. The staff was very, very nice can provide additional tips. They helped us get a shuttle to-and-from the airport. Location: the hotel was just next door to Downtown and the Cedar Rapids airport and Baseball Stadium.
The staff was condescending.

The guy behind the counter was wearing a dirty shirt. Small thing, but I noticed.
